The primary school has six full-time teaching staff, which includes two assistant principals. There is a non-teaching deputy principal, as well as support staff who assist both students and staff, in the classroom and the playground.

At Bulahdelah CS we acknowledge that as children come from a wide variety of home backgrounds, they therefore come to school with a wide range of talents and attitudes. These differences are recognised and developed within the organisation of the classroom and the school. The arrangement and coordination of learning experiences are graded and correlated to create a safe, stimulating and challenging atmosphere for individual achievement.

We believe in a close relationship between the school, parents and commnity built on mutual trust and respect.

As well as teaching the six Key learning Areas of English, Mathemetics, Human Society and its Environment, Science and Technology, Creative and Practical Arts and PD/Health/PE, we also endeavour to encourage initiative and self confidence, while learning to function as part of a community and live an enjoyable and full life.
